Jessie and Michael’s ceremony was at the beautiful & stunning Sunset Da Monalisa. This is probably one of the most amazing and popular locations for weddings here in Los Cabo. SDML is popular for its amazing sunset views of Cabo’s famous arches and our bay. This location can be windy since it’s on a point, so when we have brides getting married at this venue we always encourage them to choose hairstyles that are more secure and if your wedding is in the cooler months to be sure to bring a pashmina or something to keep you warm once the sun goes down.

JESSE’S BRIDAL LOOK

Jesse is naturally beautiful and doesn’t normally wear a lot of makeup, so for her wedding day we choose to use Temptu Pro Airbrush foundation for lighter coverage. When the bridesmaids saw the way it looked, they decided to change their foundation from “regular” to “airbrush” make-up as well. After priming and airbrushing her skin, we lightly contoured her cheeks, then filled in her eyebrows with Anastasia of Beverly Hills brow gel. Next I used MAC eyeshadow in a combination of “Vanilla, Wedge, and Brun”. After that I lined her eyelashes with YSL black gel liner and some water-proof mascara. To finish off the look I used “Desert Rose” blush and “Syrup” lipstick with “Plum” lipliner.

Jessie’s hair is fine in texture, medium in density and quite straight. With the wind at Sunset da Monalisa we decided to do a half-up / half down bridal hairstyle with her fringe secured. We kept volumen thru the crown using “Dust it” by Schwartzcopf and secured everything in the back where her veil was placed. This look was perfect with her strapless dress and chandelier earrings!
