1. Services & Bookings

• Our services include on-location bridal hairstyling, makeup, spray tanning, and beauty services.
• Bookings require a signed contract and payment deposit to secure your date.
• Service availability is subject to stylist availability and location constraints.

1.1 Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms outlined in your service contract.
• Payments can be made via [Credit Card, Zelle, Cash App].
• Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

1.2 Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made [after 30 days before your wedding date] will be charged in full. On occasion we may allow services to be transferred to a different person.
• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may require additional fees.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for accurate scheduling of services, including start times and venue details.
• We require a clean, well-lit workspace with access to electrical outlets for hairstyling and makeup.
• Any delays caused by the client may impact services and result in additional charges.
• For destination weddings, the client agrees to cover travel and accommodation expenses as outlined in the contract.

 

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Blanc Bridal Salon regarding:

• Appointment reminders and service updates.
• Promotions, discounts, and special offers (if opted in).

Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message.

 

4. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Blanc Bridal Salon and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

• Blanc Bridal Salon is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or sensitivities resulting from the use of beauty products.
• We are not liable for any damages, delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, flight cancellations etc) that affect service performance.
• Clients must disclose any allergies or medical conditions prior to receiving services.

 

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service disruptions due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemics, or extreme weather.
• Power outages or venue-related restrictions.
• Government-imposed restrictions or travel bans.

If a Force Majeure event occurs, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide a credit for future use.

 

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Baja California Del Sur and The United States of America].
• Any disputes must be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is taken.

 

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
