Angela & Jefta’s wedding
I loved this couple from the first time I met them!
Angela wanted to do her trial on the day that they had a special engagement session at Villa Valentina and Optimista Home with photographers Ana & Jerome, so we did her bridal hairstyle then took it out and then did the half up half down waterfall braid look.
Like many of our brides, Angela doesn’t wear a lot of makeup and feels most comfortable with minimal foundation and light eyeshadow. Of course as a makeup artist I’m always trying to find that balance in between what makes them feel beautiful and what is going to photograph well. I think we found the right combination. We did very light eyeshadow with black eyeliner and lashes, a little bit of blush and coutouring and a light gloss on the lips.
For the wedding day we did this classic bridal updo with sideswept bangs. Updo’s are popluar in Cabo becuase of the heat and the wind . It’s always smart to choose a hairstyle that will last thruout the night and where the bangs wont be flying in your face during dancing and photos.
